THERAPY FEES & INSURANCE
Fees
Rates for weekly counseling sessions are $250 for a standard 50 minute session.
Rates for EMDR Intensives start at $2500.
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the cost of their care in accordance with the No Surprises Act. This Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your mental health needs. You can request your good faith estimate at anytime.
Am I In Network With Insurance Companies?
I am not in-network with any insurance provider. I am an out of network provider only and accept private pay. Some benefits of paying privately include more privacy and more control in our work together. You can read about why many therapists are not in network with insurance providers here. I know that some people may want to use some type of insurance benefit to help with the cost of therapy. Therefore, I do work with insurance companies as an out-of-network provider.
